Resourcery Group are supporting a FTSE listed Financial Services business in the recruitment of an ACA qualified Financial Reporting Accountant. This is an ideal role for a first time mover out of Practice or alternatively, if you possess Financial Services experience, a second or third time mover.

Working as part of a global reporting team, under the direction of the Global Head of Reporting, the Financial Reporting Accountant will take responsibility for the production of the Group's regulatory reporting, prepared in line with Group Policy, professional best practice and, of course, the relevant legal and regulatory requirements - PRA, FCA.

Based in Liverpool, applicants to the role of Financial Reporting Accountant will be ACA qualified and possess strong technical knowledge and potentially prior knowledge of regulatory reporting standards. You will work closely with other Group Finance teams including departmental heads and directors, for the completion of disclosure content and to drive continuous improvement.

Given the complexity of the business, applicants should be capable of building relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders sharing skills, knowledge and best practice across the business. You will also be required to undertake in-depth financial analysis and as such must be capable of assimilate large volumes of complex data.
