We have been retained to recruit a change-orientated Finance Shared Service Centre Manager (FSSC) into a critical position responsible for establishing and a managing all transactional processing activities in a contract-led organisation.
The size and scope of this Business Services group is impressive and with daily exposure to the CFO and senior leadership team the FSSC Manager holds a key position within the Finance function. Gravitas, Leadership, Credibility, Professional Integrity, Influence, Communication, Perception Management, Self-Awareness are all essential behavioural attributes of a suitable FSSC Manager. Emotional Intelligence is critical in such a role as you will support and offer advice and guidance to both those above and below you in the business.
