Resourcery Group are working with a global business services company who are on a major growth trajectory. Having took on board private equity, they are looking to grow organically and by acquisition in the UK and overseas in the near future. This role Commercial Finance Manager's role is to support the broader business functions such as Sales & Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders.

The role:

  • To partner with the data analytics team and be the conduit between them and the broader business
  • To develop meaningful management information packs in a digestible format by bringing the numbers to life in dash board style presentations utilising tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Support on a number of commercial projects including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), product development and post merger integrations
  • To support the forecasting, budgeting and strategic decision making processes
  • Regular analysis of the performance of the business, providing commentary on trends and driving value adding insight about how the business can adapt/react to these trends

The ideal candidate:

  • A fully qualified accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA or potentially QBE with relevant experience
  • Be commercially astute
  • Detail orientated with strong analytical skills/financial modelling
  • Have strong Excel and visualisation tool experience such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Self starter and be able to develop concepts from scratch
  • Be able to work in a private equity fast paced environment where the requests for commercial insight are pivotal in the decision making of the company
