Following the completion of an MSc in Occupational Psychology, which focused on the power of emotional intelligence in predicting performance in the workplace, Adam began his recruitment career with the Page Group recruiting in the Senior Finance sector across the North West. After a successful period of working with some of the region’s largest businesses, he then moved to a leading HR and Legal Outsourcing business to head up the internal HR and Recruitment function. In this time, he helped transition the business from a small delivery team to in excess of 100 heads. The organisation was given approval to practice law in an alternative business structure and this ensured they were able to deliver excellent service to clients, leading to eventual sale to one of the Big 4. During this time, Adam was also able to implement lasting recruitment processes, psychometric testing and induction processes that are still in use today.
Moving back into agency recruitment, Adam headed up a large team of multi-discipline recruiters for Reed Specialist Recruitment. During this time Adam consistently led successful teams of over 30 consultants across 14 industry sectors. He has experience in launching sustainable recruitment divisions, with the main emphasis being on driving the team to deliver a uniquely world-class service to clients and candidates.
Adam is responsible for delivering Contract, Permanent and Temporary recruitment solutions. We act as an extended recruitment arm to a range of clients from small start-ups to global companies, tailoring our approach to their needs, goals and timescales.
