Finance Business Partner
Resourcery Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading social housing organisation in Liverpool to recruit a Finance Business Partner – Income.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you'll take ownership of income accounting, with a particular focus on rent and service charge, playing a key role in ensuring robust financial performance and providing insightful business partnering across the organisation. You'll be joining a capable, collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, challenge constructively and add real value.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the Finance Business Partner for all income-related activities, with responsibility for rent and service charge.
- Supporting budget setting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Producing insightful management information and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Partnering with operational managers to improve financial performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting the Head of Finance Business Partnering with key projects and wider finance initiatives.
- Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across your area of responsibility.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting.
About you:
You'll be an engaging finance professional who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively across the business. You'll be commercially minded, proactive and confident in challenging and influencing stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Studying towards CIMA or ACCA, or already fully qualified.
- Experienced within a Finance Business Partner or Management Accounting role.
- Comfortable working with income, rent or service charge accounting within social housing.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised and naturally curious, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to interpret financial information and present it clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
