Assistant Accountant

Trainee Management Accountant | Liverpool | Permanent | Study support plus progression into becoming a fully qualified accountant

We’re working with a well-established and growing Liverpool-based organisation that is looking to hire two Graduate Management Accounts Assistants into their Group Finance team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across core finance processes, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the production of management accounts. From day one, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that will accelerate your development.

As Trainee Management Accountant, you will be:

• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with budgets and forecasts
• Providing analysis on costs and performance
• Supporting audit and tax processes
• Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team

For this role, you must have:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related subject – minimum 2.1 or above
