Finance Business Partner
Resourcery Group are supporting a leading organisation in Preston in the search for a Deputy Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with a strong management accounts background who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, building relationships and influencing decision-making.
Working closely with senior budget holders and operational leaders, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling and business case support to drive informed decisions. You’ll also play a key role within a collaborative finance team, supporting the Finance Business Partner and contributing to wider financial planning and performance.
Key Requirements for Deputy Finance Business Partner
Strong management accounting background
Ability to build relationships and engage with budget holders and non-finance stakeholders
Commercial mindset with strong analysis and financial modelling skills
Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider finance team
Part-qualified or studying towards CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
