Management Accountant

Management Accountant | Deeside | £35,000-40,000 | Permanent, office based

In this Management Accountant role, you will be working for a recognised UK brand with a great reputation. Due to growth, they have created a new role for a part qualified Management Accountant where you will play a key role in supporting the month end reporting process and helping with key strategic initiatives. You'll be doing:

• Preparing monthly management accounts for a group subsidiary
• Analysis of stock and cost of sales across multiple entities
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes, including weekly cash flow forecasting
• Delivering insightful analysis on stock and margins
• Preparing weekly performance reports
• Partnering across multiple departments
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Developing and strengthening financial controls across new operational projects 

For this Management Accountant, you must have:

• Strong experience in preparing management accounts
• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA
• Advanced Excel skills
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to influence
• ERP knowledge is important
• Excellent communication skills
