Financial Accountant

Resourcery Group are working with a global business who are looking to bring on board a qualified accountant for a Group Accountant’s role. This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Chester, 3 days per week based in the office/2 WFH. 

The Group Accountant’s role:

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your role will incorporate the following duties:

• Monthly management account production
• Cash flow forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with year end audit
• Completion of year end statements
• Complex bank reconciliations
• FX analysis
• Add value to ongoing demands for excellence throughout finance
• Process improvement – rigorous challenging of current controls & procedures

Candidate profile:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Ideally practice/audit trained
• Strong commercial acumen
• Passion for creating a best practice environment
