Payroll Administrative Assistant | £27,000 | Liverpool
A global business based in Liverpool is recruiting for a Payroll Administrative Assistant to join their team. You will be working in a fast paced business supporting the payroll team that manages several payrolls for nearly 2000 employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new starters and processing leavers
- Monthly salary adjustments
- Processing of variable payments/deductions through payroll system
- Supporting multiple sites across the UK and dealing with queries
- Producing payroll reports
- Pension administration and enrolling employees into auto enrolment pension scheme
- Data cleanse of payroll system
- Assisting with housekeeping requirements for Head Office including document removal, and ensuring that office environment, stationery and key supplies are maintained to necessary levels
For this Payroll Administrative Assistant role, you must have:
- Strong administrative skills, and ideally have worked in a payroll department with some relevant knowledge
- Manual calculation knowledge would be advantageous
- Strong Excel skills
- ADP experience is desirable
- Willingness to develop your payroll knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and well organised
