In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Processing accounts payable invoices, matching, batching and coding invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs
• Dealing with queries
• Supporting with month end tasks
• Accruals and prepayments
• Processing expenses
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting bank transactions
• Petty cash and credit card reconciliations

For this role, you must:

• Have some experience in a similar role
• AAT studier would be desirable
• Drive and ambition to learn
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Solid Excel knowledge
