Finance Business Partner | Wirral | £55,000 - £65,000

An opportunity to join a growing, privately owned business operating within a fast paced and exciting industry. This role is designed to support the Finance Director and other senior stakeholders in order to provide strategic analysis and support, influencing decision making across the business.

• Provide insightful financial analysis and commercial input to shape projects, process enhancements, and key investment choices.
• Review new investment opportunities and guide financial governance from initial proposal through to operational delivery.
• Work closely with senior leaders to interpret business performance, pinpoint key drivers, and suggest actions for improvement.
• Develop and evolve reporting frameworks that sharpen profitability insight and align outputs to strategic objectives.
• Promote and embed self-service analytics capabilities to support confident, data-led decision-making across the business.
• Lead the creation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets in partnership with functional leaders.
• Monitor trends and shifts in the external market, evaluating the financial impact on business direction.
• Produce tailored analysis and reporting that supports informed decision-making at executive level.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure reliable financial data underpins operational goals.
• Continuously enhance analytical methods and tools to boost efficiency and strengthen performance visibility.

Candidate profile;

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interpret large data sets
