Temporary Customer Service Assistant | Chester | £12.50 - £13.50 per hour

We are seeking a Temporary Operations Administrator to join a growing business in Chester to support the Operations team during an exciting and busy period. This is a full time, short term position, with the opportunity to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities


  • Process and manage product returns, including all related paperwork and system updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. tech support, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth return workflows
  • Maintain accurate records of returned items and support ongoing reporting or analysis
  • Communicate with customers or clients regarding return updates and next steps
  • Contribute to process improvements across returns and operational workflows
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company procedures and deadlines
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider operations team
