Credit Controller

Credit Controller | £28,000-32,000 | Liverpool

We are working with a successful and growing organisation based in Liverpool city centre to recruit a Credit Controller vacancy.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the business in maintaining debt to a minimum through chasing outstanding invoices and payments
• Taking accountability of your own management of key accounts and outstanding debt
• Ensuring al customers pay within agreed payment terms
• Producing reports on aged debtors
• Resolving debtor queries quickly and efficiently
• Sending out customer statements and invoices
• Allocation of receipts
• Bank reconciliations

For this role we need someone who has:

• Experience working in credit control or collections, with proven experience of being able to build relationships and recover outstanding debts
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective planning and organisation ability
• Customer service mindset
• Proactive approach with attitude to get the job done
• Immediate or short notice period
