This integrated project and construction consultancy is seeking to recruit an aspiring Project Manager who is keen to move into a client-facing role, building on your core discipline into a dedicated project and programme management capacity.

The role provides a compelling opportunity to primarily focus on client advisory project related matters, whilst maintaining your versatility and security of workload via supporting commissions in either Building or Quantity Surveying. Scope encompasses: -

• Design management and project appraisals
• Project planning and procurement
• Client representation and employer's agent
• Contract administration / project management
• Development monitoring and programme management

This is a fully integrated PM role will deal with project advice to leading property companies, and major public and private sector organisations, from the early inception stages through to full turn-key project delivery. Dovetailing with clients’ project teams and associated consultants, collaborative working will be key.

The ideal candidate is likely to be:

• An APC level or Chartered Surveyor with a core discipline qualification in either Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying.
• Commercially experienced focusing on the contract/project aspects of the discipline but with the scope to undertake all types of instructions.
• Good commercial acumen with client-facing and client advisory skills.
• The ability to work autonomously on projects at early inception to handover stages.
• Focused on delivering schemes on time, to specification and to budget.
• Aspirational to step-in project scale and complexity
