Are you interested in progressing your building surveying experience and earnings to the next level? This leading commercial property consultancy is seeking to recruit a building surveyor who is keen to move into a senior client-facing building consultancy role which offers accelerated career progression through its entrepreneurial environment. 

The role provides a progressive opportunity to focus on both professional client advisory and project related matters within commercial real estate. Scope incorporates: -

• Pre-acquisition surveys and technical advice
• Landlord and tenant dilapidations
• Design management and advisory
• Client representation and employer's agent
• Contract administration / project management
• Development monitoring

This fully integrated commercial role will deal with project and professional advice to leading property funds, investors and commercial occupiers from the early inception stages, into full project delivery and onward asset management advice. As part of both a national sector, and dovetailing in with commercial agents, asset managers and their other respected real estate consultancy functions, collaborative working will be key.

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

• Commercial sector experience focusing on the project aspects of the discipline but with the scope to provide full client advisory building and project consultancy.
• RICS or IOB qualification (or part-qualified APC level)
• Excellent commercial acumen with client-facing and client advisory skills.
• The ability to work autonomously on a variety of commissions.
• Delivering on time, top specification and to budget. 
• Solid communication and report-writing skills

Salary is negotiable to suit the range from aspiring Building Surveyor through to an accomplished senior. Market leading package will also come with car allowance and an incentivising bonus element.
