Finance Manager

Commercial Finance Manager | £55,000 - £65,000 | Chester

A newly created role, working for an internationally recognised business with revenues in excess of £200m.

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be expected to lead on the design and implementation of key performance dashboards in order to increase commerciality and broader stakeholder engagement within the business.

Main duties will include;

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Manage financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimise cash flow and working capital levels.
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Candidate profile;

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
• Strong commercial acumen
• Prior experience of ERP and BI reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills
