Facilities Manager | Client-side - North West based
This established and successful national operator is embarking on a period of change and development, coupled with on-going growth in its core industry sector. As a consequence, they are seeking to recruit a Facilities Manager to strengthen their in-house property division.
The role of Facilities Manager will be a client-side opportunity that will oversee an extensive national portfolio and support in the business's facilities strategy and site development programme.
Key duties including:
- Devising and implementing national facilities contracts covering both hard and soft FM components.
- Reviewing existing contracts and SLAs to improve efficiency, customer service and drive value.
- Management of all assets ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
- Manage minor projects and improvements programmes
- Supporting on the delivery of a group-wide investment programme.
- Supporting senior management with their change management programme and communication property related initiatives to key stakeholders.
The ideally candidate will be a versatile facilities professional with a background in corporate FM or from a consultancy organisation. This autonomous role offers the scope to advance your FM career under the head of department and either remain, or move into a client-side role that is North West based with hybrid working.
You will have a proven track-record of establishing and improving facilities operations, coupled with the capability to advise and influence external providers and senior stakeholders. Excellent IT, communication and negotiations skills required to support your technical knowledge.
