Resourcery Group are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager; an HR generalist with experience of working in a sub-£100m t/o environment, on behalf of a rapidly growing and very profitable business in the Liverpool region.


As HR Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering HR strategy, working alongside and partnering the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO.  As HR Manager you will need to review existing policies, procedures, controls and systems and deliver a co-ordinated HR strategy, aligned to Group strategy, capable of facilitating forecast business growth.  This  will initially be a standalone role but you will quickly need to bring in support underneath you by way of an HR Adviser/Officer.  The role is all encompassing touching on all parts of HR - designed & delivery of HR strategies, policies & procedures including health & safety, employee relations, recruitment, talent, reward/compensation, training/development/leadership coaching, performance management, employer branding/marketing, HR systems, etc.

Applicants, ideally, will:

  • Hold or be working towards a CIPD qualification;
  • Possess senior HR generalist experience within a medium sized organisation (£50m);
  • Be capable of setting-up or transforming an existing HR function;
  • Have experience of partnering with senior management/leaders
  • Possess some practical experience of HR/Payroll management systems
  • Possess knowledge of current employment legislation, regulations and HR best practice;
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly gain trust and build strong working relationships;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
