Resourcery Group are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business near Warrington who are looking to recruit an experienced, commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to support the Sales & Marketing function, driving top line growth.
A global business, with an enviable customer order book, my client is at the forefront of it's industry providing a range of products and services to a globally recognised client base. As a result of change in the Finance function there is now scope for the business to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner who can both support operational and commercial decision making and advise senior stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for helping the business to grow profitably. Data rich and insight poor, the business requires an analytical mind to help stakeholders make sense of complex projects and delivery of plans as well as interact on a daily basis with commercial teams and Sales Managers/Director. You will be providing insight into product profitability, analysing program profitability and controlling spend versus budget. You will be supporting commercial teams with bid, tender, rebid work as well as pricing and thus costing decisions.
In summary, applicants should possess:
CIMA, ACA, ACCA qualification
Intellectual capacity to understand a new sector, a growing business and complex projects
- Strong commercial finance business partnering experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- High level of EQ and gravitas/self-awareness
