Credit Controller

Credit Controller | Liverpool | Salary negotiable on experience

We are working with a successful construction business in Liverpool to recruit a Credit Controller to join their established team. The business has been performing very well, increasing revenue and profitability consistently. They are looking for a pro-active Credit Controller who enjoys working in a fast paced environment who will take on the following duties:

• Chasing overdue debts by telephone, email 
• Reviewing aged debtors and building relationships with customers
• Monitoring client accounts to ensure timely payments, highlighting high-risk accounts
• Sending out sales application/valuations, reminders and statements
• Preparing regular credit control and CIS compliance reports
• Managing subcontractor control, reporting, reconciliation and payment runs
• Maintain and updating subcontractor insurance documents

We are looking for:

• Strong credit control experience
• Construction sector background would be ideal, however open to candidates without
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills
• Well organised and ability to prioritise
