Interim Finance Business Partner - 12-15 month FTC

Location:

North West England, Greater Manchester, Manchester - on site 3 days per week with the option of 2 WFH 

Job Type:

Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time Hours - Contract to start mid Dec or Jan 26 at the latest

Salary:

£55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Duties:

• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making processes
• Develop and manage financial planning and budgeting processes
• Key business partner - collaborate with various stakeholders to drive financial performance
• Proactively challenge & advise key stakeholders within the business to drive growth of both Net Sales and Management Profit
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Monitor and development of financial KPIs and performance metrics
• Build and maintain improved financial models and reports to allow greater strategic insight and decision support
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Work closely with IT to validate and support the transition of reports into Power BI

Required Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g.ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and forecasting (FP&A)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced growth environment
