You will work with Operations and Senior stakeholders to drive business performance in what is a fast paced environment. The Finance Business Partner will be part of a high performing and valued team. Our client is award winning and has an excellent reputation. Reporting into Group Commercial Finance Manager, you will have a range of duties including;

• Take ownership of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across multiple and sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, strengthening governance and minimising risk.
• Act as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, supporting delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
• Lead on debt management and invoicing, ensuring timely resolution of overdue balances and unbilled work.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to operational teams to build financial and commercial awareness.
• Identify risks and opportunities, escalating concerns to senior leadership and proposing solutions.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate finance and procurement staff to achieve high performance.
• Offer commercial insight and advice on service development, major projects, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with business unit managers.
• Build strong client relationships, advising on financial and commercial improvements that add value.

Candidate profile;

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified preferred
• Prior Finance Business Partnering experience essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Stakeholder management experience
